I loved marketing as a teenager, reading book after book on the subject like they were something out of an Indiana Jones adventure.  To me, marketing meant inviting people to discover something great! 

My greatest influence is my Grandfather.  As a salesman and entrepreneur, he supported his family and built the life he’d wanted for he and his wife.  Always an inspiration to me, he guided my path into a career in sales. 

My B2B career began in Phoenix. I eventually transitioned to San Francisco and then New York where I found my persuading niche: adding value through building relationships,  understanding the client’s business, and bringing solutions to move their goals and objectives forward. 

Years later, I started my own business: INSPIRED Vibe.  If you’re an entrepreneur, you know owning a business is no small feat.  Your customers, clients, those working for you and with you rely on you to deliver on your promises.  It doesn’t stop there though- to be truly successful, a business must deliver excellence.  With such a standard, and the highest of aspirations, I knew I needed help.  

Five years in, the void in my business was filled.  Amber brings all that was needed and more to complete INSPIRED Vibe.  Together we’ve built a system with an effective sales-focused approach to help businesses move forward in their mission and achieve goals and objectives through communication, strategy, and marketing.

 I spent most of my career playing it pretty safe. For two decades I worked in operations, primarily as a COO in biotech, behavioral health and the financial services industry. While I was fortunate to work for some truly incredible people, who granted me a fair degree of autonomy in what I did, I was always building their dream. 

Within the companies I worked for, my mission was healthy, sustainable, scalable growth. Growing organizations across such diverse industries I developed an innate understanding of what it takes to build successful companies. 

Something was missing though, and I knew it was time for me to take the leap and do something on my own. I craved building the company I’d always envisioned. Christin called about that time, and the rest – as they say – is history.

Operations are like bubble gum for my mind, but my heart is pure creative. I love seeing client pieces come together, and my favorite moments are watching a client's reaction in response to something we've built. 

There are days I wonder what would have happened had made the leap and done this sooner, yet those prior chapters strengthen every interaction I have with our clients. My mission is now our client’s growth and success, and I am finally building the company of my dreams.
